When you hit 10 records, delete older approved requests to free up space, or upgrade to the paid plan at $9/month for unlimited records with permanent cloud storage and team access.
Can multiple managers access the same leave records?
The free plan stores data in your browser only — it is not shared across devices or users. For teams where multiple managers need to view and approve leave from different devices, this requires the paid plan which provides cloud storage and shared team access.
Does it calculate leave balances?
The free version tracks leave requests and days taken but does not automatically calculate against annual entitlements. Paid plan adds leave balance tracking — set each employee's annual entitlement and the system shows remaining days automatically. Accrual calculations are also included in the paid plan.
Can employees submit leave requests themselves?
The free tool is designed for managers to log requests on behalf of employees. A self-service employee portal where staff submit their own requests and get notified of approval decisions is a paid plan feature. This is particularly useful for businesses with remote or distributed teams.
